Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are the easiest weeknight recipe. They take less than 30 minutes and are juicy and bursting with flavor. You can pair them with so many options for a healthy, balanced, and delicious dinner. We love serving them with white rice and a side of veggies.
4 chicken thighs (bone in)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
Marinade your chicken thighs in all the ingredients listed above for at least an hour.
Air fry at 360°F for 20 minutes or until your chicken is fully cooked through.
