Chicken Caesar Wrap

👥Serves 4 people

Chicken Caesar Wraps are the perfect quick and healthy lunch option! They only take 15 minutes to make and are enjoyable for the whole family. The crispy lettuce and crunchy croutons with the grilled chicken gives the wrap so much flavor and texture. You make it even easier by using store-bought rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken. Any leftover salad stays fresh for dinner or lunch the next day.

INGREDIENTS

  •  3 cups lettuce, chopped

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped

  • ⅓ cup Caesar dressing

  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan

  • ½ cup croutons

  • fried onions, optional

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 10 inch flour tortillas


INSTRUCTIONS

  1.   In a large bowl, mix together chopped lettuce, chopped cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated parmesan, and croutons. You can also adda little fried onions if you like the taste. Season with salt and pepper. Add more dressing, salt, or pepper if desired.

  2. Place a large spoonful of salad onto a tortilla. Be careful not to overfill the tortilla. Fold in opposite sides of the tortilla and roll it up like a burrito.

  3. Heat a pan on medium heat and place the side of the wrap that unwraps the easiest face down on the pan. Cook on both sides for about 30 seconds or until the tortilla turns brown and slightly crispy.

  4. Serve whole or cut in half.
