Who doesn't want to enjoy the classic campfire treat in the form of a thick, fudgy brownie with a layer of crushed graham cracker crust, and topped with toasted, golden marshmallows. In case you are not convinced to bake them yet, we made these brownies for a baking competition and won, so you know it's got to be good! Plus, who can resist an ooey, gooey marshmallow? 4 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter
Graham Crackers
Marshmallows
Chocolate Syrup (Optional)
Whisk 4 eggs and 2 cups of granulated sugar together.
In a separate bowl, add 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt. Sift to get rid of clumps.
Combine dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix in 1 cup unsalted butter.
Cover a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and cover the bottom with crushed graham crackers.
Pour the brownie batter on top of the graham crackers and bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
Take the brownies out of the oven and cover the top with marshmallows. Then, place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Add crushed graham crackers on top and add a drizzle with chocolate syrup.
