We all need a super easy and simple breakfast to rely on that's still nutrition-packed and delicious. Smoothies are our go-to. They take 5 minutes to make and you can use pretty much anything you have in your fridge. You can add frozen or fresh fruits, greens, yogurts, nut butter, any kind of milk, flax seeds, chia seeds, flavors like fresh mint, vanilla extract, honey, and so much more! See one of our favorite recipes below.
½ Cup Strawberries (Frozen)
½ Cup Blueberries (Frozen)
½ cup raspberries (Frozen)
1 Banana (Frozen)
½ Cup Milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp flax seeds
Slice a frozen banana into halves.
Cut the leaves off the strawberries and cut into halves.
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a frozen strawberry if desired.
