RASPBERRY YOGURT BITES

️🕒Ready in 1½  hours

👥Serves 4 people.

Raspberry Yogurt Bites are a healthy and tasty snack that feels like dessert! They are perfect to have in the freezer for when you crave something sweet. This easy 4-ingredient recipe is the best snack during hot summers.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • ¾ cup Greek/vanilla yogurt

  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash 1 cup of raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. Stick a toothpick in each raspberry and cover them in a layer vanilla or Greek yogurt.

  3. Place the yogurt-covered raspberries on a piece of parchment and freeze for an hour or until completely frozen.

  4. Melt ¾ cup chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil. 

  5. Coat each raspberry in chocolate and cool until hardened.
