Raspberry Yogurt Bites are a healthy and tasty snack that feels like dessert! They are perfect to have in the freezer for when you crave something sweet. This easy 4-ingredient recipe is the best snack during hot summers.
1 cup raspberries
¾ cup Greek/vanilla yogurt
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Wash 1 cup of raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Stick a toothpick in each raspberry and cover them in a layer vanilla or Greek yogurt.
Place the yogurt-covered raspberries on a piece of parchment and freeze for an hour or until completely frozen.
Melt ¾ cup chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Coat each raspberry in chocolate and cool until hardened.
