CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BITES

️🕒Ready in 2 ½ hours     

👥Serves 6 people.

Raspberries and chocolate are the perfect combination! This healthy, balanced treat is easy to make with 4 simple ingredients. Dark chocolate, fresh raspberries, and chia seeds are combined with maple syrup for sweetness. It's the perfect no-bake snack or dessert to have in the freezer, especially during the hot summer season.

INGREDIENTS

  • Dark Chocolate

  • Raspberries

  • Chia Seeds 

  • Maple Syrup/Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash 1 cup of raspberries and mash them with 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey.

  2. Separate into small pieces on parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour.

  3. Once the raspberries are frozen, coat them in melted dark chocolate.

  4. Freeze for another hour.

  5. Store in your freezer.
