Raspberries and chocolate are the perfect combination! This healthy, balanced treat is easy to make with 4 simple ingredients. Dark chocolate, fresh raspberries, and chia seeds are combined with maple syrup for sweetness. It's the perfect no-bake snack or dessert to have in the freezer, especially during the hot summer season.
Dark Chocolate
Raspberries
Chia Seeds
Maple Syrup/Honey
Wash 1 cup of raspberries and mash them with 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey.
Separate into small pieces on parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour.
Once the raspberries are frozen, coat them in melted dark chocolate.
Freeze for another hour.
Store in your freezer.
