MANGO LASSI

Cool down with a glass of mango lassi, a deliciously creamy and refreshing drink that’s a perfect blend of tropical mango and smooth yogurt. Made with ripe mangoes, yogurt, a touch of milk, and a hint of cardamom, this lassi is both sweet and slightly tangy, capturing the vibrant flavors of summer. With its rich, silky texture, mango lassi is a delightful treat to sip alongside spicy dishes or enjoy on its own as a snack. Garnished with a sprinkle of ground cardamom, this lassi is a cooling, satisfying drink that brings a taste of India to your glass.

INGREDIENTS

  •  1 cup chopped ripe mango, frozen mango, or canned mango pulp

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • ½ cup milk

  • 4 tsp honey or sugar

  • Ice, optional

  • Ground cardamom, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.   Add mango, yogurt, milk, honey/sugar, and ice to a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Add more ice for a thicker consistency. Add more honey or sugar if needed.

  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground cardamom.
