1 cup chopped ripe mango, frozen mango, or canned mango pulp
1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup milk
4 tsp honey or sugar
Ice, optional
Ground cardamom, optional
Add mango, yogurt, milk, honey/sugar, and ice to a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Add more ice for a thicker consistency. Add more honey or sugar if needed.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground cardamom.
