These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the perfect appetizer to bring to any party or just to make for your family. It's like a buffalo chicken dip in a Hawaiian Roll with garlic butter on top. What's not to love? The spicy, tangy buffalo sauce, melty cheese, and garlic butter on the soft and crispy Hawaiian Rolls taste heavenly together. Their so easy and quick to make and will surely be a crowd favorite. Give them a try and you'll never want to make a different appetizer ever again.! 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
¾ cup buffalo sauce
½ cup ranch ranch
¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
12 count Kings Hawaiian Rolls
6 slices pepper jack or mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
½ tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, grated
½ tsp salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl add your chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and cheddar cheese. Mix well and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together your butter, chopped parsley, garlic, and salt. Set aside.
Carefully slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half. Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet.
Cover the Hawaiian Rolls with an even layer of your buffalo chicken. Place your cheese slices on top of the chicken.
Add the top half of the Hawaiian Rolls Back on and brush most of the garlic butter onto the top.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted.
Brush with a little more garlic butter once out of the oven and cut and serve. Enjoy!
