MANGO SHERBET

️🕒Ready in 2-4 hours      

👥Serves 4 people.

This 3-ingredient mango sherbet is an easy dessert for hot summer days. It is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and is a healthier alternative to store-bought ice cream. This refreshing snack or dessert is the perfect way to cool down on a hot day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5-6 cups frozen mango

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

  • 1½ cup coconut almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Freeze 5-6 cups of fresh mango cut in cubes or use store bought frozen mangos.

  2. Blend with ⅓ cup maple syrup and 1½ cup coconut almond milk. If you don't have coconut almond milk, you can use either coconut or almond milk.

  3. Freeze in a loaf pan for 2-4 hours.

  4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and enjoy.
