This 3-ingredient mango sherbet is an easy dessert for hot summer days. It is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and is a healthier alternative to store-bought ice cream. This refreshing snack or dessert is the perfect way to cool down on a hot day.
5-6 cups frozen mango
⅓ cup maple syrup
1½ cup coconut almond milk
Freeze 5-6 cups of fresh mango cut in cubes or use store bought frozen mangos.
Blend with ⅓ cup maple syrup and 1½ cup coconut almond milk. If you don't have coconut almond milk, you can use either coconut or almond milk.
Freeze in a loaf pan for 2-4 hours.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and enjoy.
